Coaching & Teamsupervision

Unser Coaching ist auf Potenzialentfaltung und Selbstentwicklung ausgerichtet. Coaching kann einen wertvollen Beitrag dazu leisten, mehr Klarheit im inneren Erleben zu erfahren und so mit mehr Selbstwirksamkeit zu handeln. Wir bieten Coaching für Individuen und Teamsupervision für dein Team an. In der Teamsupervision können bestehende Strukturen, Prozesse reflektiert werden und neue Arten des Miteinanders entstehen.

Im Rahmen der Projektförderung können wir dir/deiner Organisation Coaching oder Teamsupervision bis Ende 2023 kostenlos anbieten. 

Mögliche Inhalte könnten sein..

  • Klärung aktueller persönlicher Herausforderungen (z.B. Spannungsfelder in der Organisation, mit Kund:innen, Orientierungslosigkeit, Überforderung) 
  • Stressmanagement und Resilienz
  • Bewältigung persönlicher Krisen
  • Unterstützung bei Entscheidungskonflikten und Entscheidungsfindung
  • Führungsfragen
  • Potenzial- und Visionscoaching
  • Kommunikations- und Konfliktmanagement
  • Weiterentwicklung deines Unternehmens

In einem kurzen Kennenlerngespräch (max. 30 Minuten) können wir den Inhalt und Rahmen des Coachings klären und herausfinden, ob eine Zusammenarbeit Sinn macht und welche(r) unserer Coaches am besten zu dir oder deinem Team passt.
